Rich, complex and age worthy, this Syrah blends two of our favorite vineyard's Syrah to create a balance of black fruit and spice. To add more depth, we added 20% Mourvèdre from another one of our favorite vineyards. The Mourvèdre provides hints of earthiness and some 'meaty' character into the mix. Together, these varietals create a full bodied, heartier red backed by bold tannins. Best served with rich meats, mushrooms or sharp cheeses.
