Our 2023 Falanghina is a stark contrast to our original 2021 version. This one is much closer to the traditional Italian style. Dry with some mineral character, this heartier white has firm acids to pair with a variety of cheeses, chicken and pork dishes. It has aromatics of citrus, almonds and herbs.

Tasting Notes

For those who have had our 2021 Falanghina, this wine is completely different. This one is a truer expression of the grape, fermented to dryness and without the addition of any other varietal. It simply didn't need anything to augment it. It's more reserved and nuanced, but still rich and creamy.
