Our Conspiracy blend is always going to be something truly unique. Our 2023 blend is no different! It's a harmonious blend of two titans - Touriga Nacional (a Portuguese varietal) provides the fruit and body while Aglianico (a southern Itialian varietal) provides freshness, acidy and floral depth. Both are dense, rich and with bold tannins. This can easily age for a decade, yet is approachable now, especially for those who enjoy hearty tannins in their reds. Pair with rich dishes like steak and roasts.
