Fairplay
Harmony balances the traditional beeswax and honey character of high-elevation Grenache Blanc with the jasmine, lychee and floral notes of Muscat. This low alcohol wine has a medium body and moderate acidity, allowing it to pair with a wide variety of foods. The delicate flavors won't over power seafood, lighter chicken dishes or fresh cheeses.

Tasting Notes

Tomorrow we'll be debuting Harmony so we thought we'd better try it one last time before it's soft release. At first, the nose was dominated by a pleasant honey aroma, but the floral aspects quickly came to light. The nose makes you think that the wine will be far fruitier than it is. On the palate, the wine is well balanced. The honey and lychee flavors can be tasted, but they are delicate and 'harmonious' giving this wine more sophistication than some of our previous white wines.
