We made our Gamay Noir with just overnight of skin contact to showcase the balance of earthiness and fruit that the grape is known for. This light red is far more complex than the light color would suggest. The wine starts with a fruity expression and ends with a great earthy finish. Intended to pair well with a wide variety of foods, this wine is best served chilled.
